Does Matchcandence submit applications without asking me?
It fills and submits applications for you, but when it isn't confident about an answer it pauses and asks you first. You can stop a search at any time.
What happens to my resume?
Your resume is used to fill applications and, for recruiters you apply to, to rank you for a role. Uploaded files are scanned for viruses before anyone can open them.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan for candidates and for recruiters, and a Pro plan for each. Prices are in naira; see the pricing page for the current plans and limits.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are paid by card through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Can I use it as both a job seeker and a recruiter?
Each account is one or the other. Pick the side that matches what you're doing when you register.
Are my applications guaranteed to go through?
No. Some sites block automation or change their forms. Matchcandence tells you when an application failed or needs you to finish it yourself, so nothing is silently lost.
